If you discover that there’s something wrong with the product, such as a fault, damage or it’s not as described, you have an option to get a refund.
We unfortunately don’t accept returns of products which have arrived to you in a good condition where the product is still safe to use/ consume. On the rare occasion that an item has been shipped to you and is damaged or broken in a way that means you cannot safely consume or use the item we will offer a full refund providing we approve.
Our policy to receive a full refund is that you must notify us within 48 hours of you receiving your order, in the form of photographic proof the item has been damaged with its original packaging being in the photo as well, and sending this to email@example.com
