The PGI Tagliatelle from the Gragnano Pasta Factory are produced exclusively with high quality Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze-stretched and dried at a low temperature. The workmanship is artisanal and is taken care of step by step, down to the smallest detail. Tagliatella is the queen of Italian first courses, they are one of the best known and tastiest pasta shapes in Italian cuisine; even though they are a recipe originally from Emilia, they are cooked and are widespread almost everywhere in Italy. They are excellent seasoned with a meat or game based ragù, try them with the Allemandi Piedmontese Meat Ragù - 180 gr or with the Brezzo Sausage Ragù. In this package the tagliatelle are presented in skeins.

The exceptional characteristics of this pasta and the high quality ingredients used, such as the best first extraction Italian semolina (only the heart of the wheat grain), combined with the water of a centuries-old and clear spring and the strictly bronze drawing, have allowed the company from Gragnano in the province of Naples to become in 2012 the 1st pasta factory ever to have obtained the "Pasta di Gragnano I.G.P." recognition!!! The pasta from the "Fabbrica delle Pasta" won the Gambero Rosso magazine award in 2023 as Best Pasta sold in Italian supermarkets!
