Each bottle is guaranteed by the consortium, verifying the entire production chain, strictly made of PUGLIA, from the plant to the packaging. The oil is also subjected to chemical and sensory tests (tasting by commissions recognised by the Ministry of Agricultural Policies) to check the complete compliance with the specifications. Olio di Puglia IGP also means typicality and a strong bond with the territory, certified by the IGP community mark (Protected Geographical Indication) and by a strict production specification.
